Procedure for Stall Booking
STEP 1 – SUBMITTING APPLICATION
1. Clicking BOOK SPACE menu will take you to the Exhibitor Application form.
2. Please provide Company name, Address, GST number, and other relevant information.
3. Please provide the contact number and Email of the person to whom we can communicate AS THE FIRST CONTACT PERON IN THE APPLICATION FORM. ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE SENT ONLY TO THIS PERSON AND THIS EMAIL ID.
4. MSME units to provide correct, latest current year UDYAM certificate. Failing to provide the correct MSME UDYAM certificate means the exhibitor will be treated as large unit and appropriate charges will apply.
5. In the Buyer/Seller area, provide maximum product information. This will be used in the B2B area based on which your potential customers / suppliers will approach you for a B2B meeting.
6. Please choose the Stall/s of your choice from the Lay-out. Please note certain group of stalls are reserved for PAVILION based on product category. These stalls to be booked only by the relevant units. Other stalls are open for all.
7. Complete the application form and submit.
Procedure for Stall Booking
STEP 2 – VALIDATE YOUR EMAIL & APPROVAL
1. On submission you will get an Email with a link to validate your email id. CHECK THE EMAIL OF THE FIRST CONTACT PERSON.
2. Click the link and validate your email id.
3. Wait for the Organiser to verify your details and for approval.
4. Once your application is approved, you will get your user id and password to the FIRST CONTACT PERSON Email id
5. Using the credentials login to your dashboard and make the payment.

STEP 3 – MAKING PAYMENT
1. After Logging in press the PAY NOW button. This will take you to the next page. In this page click the THREE DOTS in the right corner of the table and you can send the payment through online gateway. Please click the DEDUCT 2% OPTION TO DEDUCT THE TDS. Gateway charges to your account.
2. You can generate a Proforma Invoice and in the Proforma Invoice you will find the NEFT details.
3. Send the payment to us. PLEASE SEND FULL PAYMENT. YOU MAY DEDUCT 2% TOWARDS TDS AND THE RELEVANT IT FORM TO BE SENT TO US ON TIME. FOR THIS EXHIBITION ONLY 2% TDS IS APPLICABLE AS THE SAME IS UNDER CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR A SHORTER PERIOD OF THREE DAYS. ACCEPTING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS IS THE CONTRACT.
4. While making NEFT payment, please provide your 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER & Company name in the description details of the NEFT form.
5. Also inform us through Email the NEFT details along with your company name and mobile number.
6. Also enter the NEFT details in the website using your dashboard.
7.. Wait for confirmation from the Organiser in case of NEFT payment. For Online gateway confirmation will be automatic and immediate.

STEP 4 – B2B MEETINGS & SERVICE REQUEST
1. After the Organiser confirm receipt of your payment, you will find
– B2B Gateway in your Exhibitor Dashboard
– SERVICE REQUEST Gateway in your Exhibitor Dashboard

3. Using service request you can avail
– Name Board (FASCIA) details (Free)
– Booth Mangers for your stall (Free)
– Exhibitor directory details (Free)
– Book exhibitor Directory Advertisement (Extra cost involved)
– Additional Furniture (Extra Cost)
– Additional Power & Lighting(Extra Cost)
– Compressed Air & Water (Extra cost)
– Invite your VIP Guest (FREE). Your VIP Guest can generate pass for Seminars which is free. You can invite any number of VIP Guests for the event.
